deep-sea fishing neighbors gave us a huge catch of porgy (at least they look like it, according to my googling). they were all frozen-stuck together but i was able to pry out the littlest one at 27 cm long.
a great fresh fish to cook and to aid and abet in my plot to get my family to eat whole fish! not fish fillets!
so scrounging around for ingredients i found i only had enough to adapt my GranMa’s recipe and James Paterson’s (from Fish and Shellfish, called “Mediterranean style baked fish”).
now somebody help me shake off the scales from my hair.
